The short version
We collect a small amount of data to understand how this site is used, to measure our advertising, and to reply when you write to us. We don't sell it, and we don't collect more than we need.
Usage analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site — clicks, scrolling, and replays of page interactions — so we can improve the site and our advertising. Clarity masks the text you type into forms by default, and we don't record client portal or admin sessions. Microsoft collects and uses this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We also use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies or cross-site tracking.
Advertising measurement
We run ads on Google, and use the Google tag to understand whether those ads bring people here and lead to inquiries. Google's use of this data is described in Google's Privacy Policy.
What you send us
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use them to reply and to keep track of the conversation — nothing else. Clients who sign in to the portal get an essential login cookie that keeps them signed in; it isn't used for tracking.
