Marketing, New Jersey and NYC
From the Google ad
to the menu on the table.
A site nobody visits is a brochure in a drawer. We set up what brings people to yours, from your Google listing and the ads to the Instagram feed and the printed menu, and the tracking that shows which calls came from where. In English and Portuguese.
What we set up
What we set up,
one line at a time.
You probably found this site through a Google ad, which is the first group below. The rest is what goes around it. Each piece is its own line in the written quote, so you can start with one and add the others later.
Found on Google
Google Ads search campaigns
Ads for the searches your customers actually type, in English and Portuguese, whether that's a Brazilian restaurant nearby or violin lessons for a beginner. We keep a negative keyword list so you don't pay for the wrong clicks, and we write the landing page to match the ad, the way we do for our own campaigns.
Local SEO and your Google Business Profile
When someone nearby searches for a salon or a Brazilian restaurant, the map listing often comes up before any website. We set up or clean up your profile, with hours, photos and services, and make sure the site says the same name, address and phone as the profile.
Conversion tracking and analytics
We set up Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Analytics, Search Console and Microsoft Clarity session recordings. You see which calls and forms came from the ads, which came from Google on its own, and what people did on the page before they wrote, including where they gave up. The same setup runs on this site.
Instagram and Facebook
Photos and short video for social
Instagram and Facebook need a steady supply of real pictures, and a phone shot under the kitchen lights won't do. We cut photos and short clips from our own shoots, sized for each platform, so the feed looks like the website. One shoot can cover the site and a stack of posts.
Posts written for you
We write the posts, picture and caption, in English and Portuguese, for whatever is coming up: the weekend special, the new stylist, Sunday's service, the next concert. We can plan a month at a time with you and queue it all, so the posts go out while you're busy serving dinner or cutting hair.
Ads on Instagram and Facebook
Plenty of people see a restaurant on Instagram before they ever search for it. The ad matches the page it sends people to, and every call and form it brings in is tracked the same way as the Google ads, with the ad spend itself going to Meta.
Looking like one business
Logo, colors and type
If the sign out front, the menu and the Instagram grid each look like a different place, people notice, even if they can't say why. We design the logo, pick the colors and the type, and give you the files, so the site, the menu and the feed look like one business.
Menus, flyers, cards and signs
Printed pieces designed to match the site: the menu, the flyer for Saturday's event, business cards, the sign in the window, the church bulletin. Same colors, same type, same photos, so the flyer someone picks up looks like the website they open later. You get the files ready for the printer.
After the first visit
Email or WhatsApp updates
A short note once a month to the regulars who said yes to hearing from you: new hours, a holiday menu, the Christmas concert, a Saturday with an open chair. We set up the list, write the note in English and Portuguese, and send it by email or as a WhatsApp broadcast, whichever your customers actually read.
Asking customers for Google reviews
Reviews sit right under your name on the map listing, and happy customers rarely think to leave one unless someone asks. We set up a short link and a QR code for the counter, the receipt or the mirror by the chair, so asking takes one sentence and the review lands on the profile new customers are reading.
How it works
Website first, then the rest.
We start with the site, because ads sent to a slow page or a missing phone number waste money. Then the tracking goes on, then the campaigns, then the posts and the printed pieces, in whatever order fits you. Our fee is quoted in writing before anything runs, separate from what you spend on the ads themselves. That part goes to Google or Meta, and you approve it first.
Questions
Asked before anyone
spends a dollar.
Do I need marketing if I'm getting a website?
No. You can start with the site alone, and a good site with a complete Google Business Profile goes a long way for a local business. Ads make sense when you're ready to spend on getting found faster, and we'll say so on the call if we think you're not there yet.
Do I need a Crescendo website to hire you for marketing?
No, but we'll look at the one you have first. Ads sent to a page that loads slowly or hides the phone number cost money for nothing. If that's the case, we'll fix the page first, or tell you a new one is the cheaper route, before any ad runs.
What does it cost?
It depends on which pieces you pick, so we quote our fee in writing before anything runs or prints, one line per piece. What you spend on the ads themselves is a separate number, paid to Google or Meta, and you approve it before it's spent.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking or a number of leads?
No, and the same goes for followers. Be careful with anyone who promises either. What we can do is set the campaign up properly, write the page to match the ad, and track every call and form, so you're looking at real numbers rather than a hunch. If something isn't working, we'll say so and change it.
Who posts on Instagram, you or me?
Either. Some owners want the photos and captions ready and post them themselves, between customers. Others want it off their plate, so we plan the month with you and queue the posts. Either way it's its own line in the quote.
Can you do the menu and the flyers too?
Yes, and we'd rather, because then they match the site. Each piece, the menu, the flyer, the business card or the window sign, is its own line in the quote, and you get the files ready for the printer. If you don't have a logo yet, that's where we'd start.
